3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

Our Service facilitates UPI payments through integration with third-party payment providers. You acknowledge that:

• We do not process payments directly
• All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment providers
• We are not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third-party services

5.2 Financial Information

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of all financial information you provide
• Verifying payment details before confirming transactions
• Maintaining sufficient funds for payments
• Monitoring your account for unauthorized transactions

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Free and Premium Plans

We offer both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features include:

6.2 Billing and Payment

For premium subscriptions:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trials for premium features. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

14. Changes to Terms
