Getting Started

How do I create a Veyro account?

Creating a Veyro account is simple. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, open it, and tap "Sign Up". Enter your email address, create a strong password, and verify your email. You can also sign up using your Google or Apple ID for faster registration.

Is Veyro free to use?

Yes! Veyro offers a free plan that includes basic bill tracking, UPI payments, and up to 5 bills per month. We also offer a Premium plan with unlimited bills, advanced analytics, family sharing, and more features. You can try Premium free for 7 days.

How do I add my first bill?

To add your first bill, tap the "+" button on the main screen, select "Add Bill", enter the bill details (name, amount, due date, category), and save. You can also take a photo of a physical bill and Veyro will automatically extract the information for you.

How do I make UPI payments through Veyro?

To make a UPI payment, select the bill you want to pay, tap "Pay Now", choose UPI as your payment method, and select your preferred UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). The payment will be processed through your chosen UPI app with bank-grade security.

Is it safe to make payments through Veyro?

Yes, absolutely. Veyro uses bank-grade 256-bit encryption for all data transmission and storage. We don't store your payment details directly - all payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your financial data is protected with the same security standards used by major banks.

Can I set up automatic bill reminders?

Yes! Veyro automatically sends you reminders before your bills are due. You can customize reminder settings in the app - choose how many days in advance you want to be notified, set quiet hours, and even enable different reminder types (push notifications, email, SMS).

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to the login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your email address, and check your inbox for a password reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. Make sure to use a strong, unique password.

Can I use Veyro on multiple devices?

Yes! Veyro syncs your data across all your devices in real-time. You can use the same account on your phone, tablet, and computer. All your bills, payments, and settings will be automatically synchronized, so you can access your financial information from anywhere.

How do I delete my Veyro account?

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your decision and enter your password. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also contact our support team if you need help with account deletion.
